Equipment Service and Maintenance
Maintenance Service Agreements Maintenance agreements specifically designed to address your needs for the products you use. These are typically annual agreements that renew automatically. Preventitive maintenance is included and scheduled on your request.
On-Site Service
We respond to service calls and bill on a time and materials basis. Typical invoice involves service time, travel charge and parts charges if parts are needed. Minimum charge is for one hour per machine.
Depot Service
You ship your machine to our office, or deliver to our office. Time is billed on an hourly basis plus parts, plus cost to ship back.
