Ronnie has an unwavering commitment to customer service. He is equally talented at understanding the inner workings of mechanical machines. This combination of service and talent are what make Ronnie excel at his role as the Director of Customer Support for Tipton Systems.

 

After starting his career in 1995 in a factory as a Quality Assurance technician for Motorola, Ronnie saw an opportunity to have a bigger impact on helping businesses and became a Field Service Technician. He now has over 25 years of experience in diagnosing, repairing, and reconditioning high speed coin and currency processing equipment.

 

Ronnie leads a dedicated team of professional repair technicians that all share his passion for helping customers. Through his leadership and guidance, Tipton Systems has maintained not only the fastest response time in the industry, but also one of the best first-time fix rates.

 

Ronnie received his Associates degree of Applied Science in Electronic Technology from DeVry University in Kansas City MO.

 

Ronnie lives in Independence MO with his wife. He has a daughter who is an RN in Kansas City and a son who lives in Kansas City and is actively employed in the engineering field. He enjoys hunting on his property in Central MO and following his beloved Kansas City Chiefs.
